Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you absolute control over your e-mail box accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a brand new email box in an instant and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward email messages from one e-mail account to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponder messages and defend your email boxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can shield all your e-mail box accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unsolicited mails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a particular e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming electronic mail messages on the basis of specific criteria defined by you. Setting up e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and select the e-mail filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just choose the mail account you wish to forward email messages from, then choose the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your email box accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you wish to set up on your PC or handheld device and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, managing multiple mailbox accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also enable you to quickly set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else.
